Return Policy

Items that cannot be Returned or Exchanged

Hygiene Restrictions: The following items CANNOT be returned - Lingerie, Panties, Underwear, Beards, Makeup (all items), Masks, Moustaches, Socks, Teeth, Tights & Hosiery, Wigs or ANY item that smells of smoke. We regret any inconvenience, but these are non-returnable because of sanitary and hygiene restrictions.

Special Orders: There are two types of Special Orders. All Special Orders CANNOT be cancelled, returned or exchanged. We require a ½ down deposit before we will accept special orders.

Special Orders Type A: These items are noted on our web pages by stating shipping will take longer than 2 weeks and they are over $100.00 each.

Special Orders Type B: Orders with excessive quantities and/or odd sizes.

There will be no returns allowed for ANY orders placed between October 15 - November 2nd.

Returns - Instructions & Policy

If the customer is not satisfied with an item that is not listed above, they are responsible for calling Akron Design within 4 days of package arrival for authorization. All items considered for return or exchange MUST be postmarked 4 days after receipt and/or delivery of your shipment. All items must include ALL the original packaging in unopened and like-new condition including any instructions. All unauthorized returns will be refused. We also have the right to inspect all returned items prior to determining if they will qualify for a credit. All regular orders carry a Restocking Fee of 25% with no credit given for shipping. This also applies to any packages we send that are refused or returned because of an improper address or late delivery.

There will be no returns allowed for ANY orders placed between October 15 - November 2nd. All returns with authorization prior to October 15th, must be postmarked within 4 days.

All other returns will be refused.

Exchanges - Instructions & Policy

If you do receive an item that is damaged, please follow the guidelines above under Returns. We can ship you a replacement item as soon as we receive the damaged item back or you may pay for another item and we will credit you when we receive the returned item with proper authorization and all dates follow instructions above.
